Return to Customer Service

Our aim is for you to be happy with your purchase.  Should you wish to exchange or return items, below is our policy.

Returns are accepted 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the monies were received.

Goods returned must:
- Be in resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact,
- and unworn/unused
- with proof of purchase, or gift exchange card

IMPORTANT:  Returns can be subject to a 20% restocking fee if items are not returned in their correct packaging, folded, or require handling of some kind prior to being put back into stock.

You pay for postage at the point of return.

If your item was purchased from a retail store, the return must be made in person at store where purchase was made.

Free Shipping with Internet Re-Order.

If you need to return an item AND want to re-order the same item in a different size or colour, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Please call 09 268 7421 to place your re-order with one of our Customer Care Consultants and have the shipping fee waived. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return. Please be sure to package your return securely. You pay for postage at the point of return.
