Why Click & Collect?

You now have the flexibility of ordering uniforms from the comfort of your home and the convenience of being able to pick up your order while adhering to safe distancing measures.

Due to the current situation, we, do not allow try-ons. You will need to choose your size mindfully.

Alert Level 2 update from 7th March 2021

We are working together with you and finding new ways to serve you as we open our doors and welcome you back into our stores from Monday 8th March 2021.

Our focus has been to keep our customers, staff, and the wider community safe by following 1 meter social distance.

We have therefore taken safety precautions in our stores.

  • Signage is placed around the shop on the strict social distancing rules to be followed.
  • The shops have been cleaned and all equipment is sanitized after every use.
  • Counters and other surfaces will be wiped regularly.
  • Contact register sheets will need to be completed for each person that enters the shop. This will be set up at the entrance of the store where customers will be required to wait, as we will be limiting customers into the stores.
  • The limitations on the number of customers and the timing of the shops are mentioned below.

Alert Level 3 – As of 27th February 2021 – Auckland

Contactless Click & Collect Services during Alert Level 3

Step 1– Visit our online store and shop by adding items to the cart.
Step 2– At checkout, select the store related to your school as your preferred shipping method
Step 3– To maximize safe distancing measures and minimize contact with our customers, we will only
have twenty (20) orders up for collection every day. Our team will contact you to arrange a collection
time slot. We aim to have your order ready within a day.
Please note: If you are driving to the store, we will need your vehicle registration number
Step 4 – Please have your order number and a valid ID ready at the Contactless Collection Point. Pay
attention to the following instructions for pick-up:
• When you arrive at the store, contact us and we will put your order in the contactless collection point.
• Please keep 2 meters distance while we leave your uniforms for you to pick up.

Can you try on items?

Due to the current situation, unfortunately we do not allow try-ons. You will need to choose your size

Can I substitute an item if it does not fit?

Option 1 Courier the item back to the store and we will send out the correct size to you.
Option 2 We can do a contactless exchange at the store. However, this needs to be communicated to
the store beforehand so we can arrange a time slot.
*We do not accept used items. All labels, tags and packaging must be included.

What time can I collect my uniforms?

Alert Level 3 areas- Auckland
Our stores in the Auckland city area have limited operating hours on Monday – Friday from 11 am to 1
pm. Our team will contact you to arrange a collection time slot.

Alert Level 2 – As of 27th February 2021 – Wider NZ

As areas outside of Auckland are in Alert Level 2, The Uniform Shoppe stores in Rotorua and Mana are
operating normal hours. You can collect your items at the following times:

Tuesday: 8.15am-11.15am
Thursday: 1pm-4pm

Monday: 8.30am-12:30pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: 10:30am-2:30pm
Thursday: 12pm-4pm
Friday: Closed.
